Case Study: Event Marketing Campaign for Banking 4.0

Banking 4.0 is one of the most impressive events in the banking industry in Romania, organized by No Cash Events in 2023, mid November.

Developing an impactful online presence by creating a social media campaign for Banking 4.0

What did the client need from us?

360 degrees digital campaign to promote the event and improve sales.

Which was the challenge?

We had only 2 months to plan, manage and optimize the campaigns.

Which was our solution?

  • Audit and optimize the website so the user would have a better experience finding reasons to believe and to buy - focusing on benefits that deliver instant gratification (like key speakers and topics) rather than benefits that improves credibility (like experience).
  • Limit the number of social channels to Linkedin, the one with the best changes to convert.
  • Work on a very well documented media strategy, with AB testing, predefined hypotheses and campaign track scenarios with predefined outputs based on results and KPIs. Basically, we mapped the entire campaign track, with all possible scenarios and when to move to the next step, from the beginning, so we won’t lose precious time to analyze and adapt.
  • Have different creative assets, with different strategic messages, for every audience identified, based on their persona, needs and triggers.
  • Leverage the power of existing database to create lookalike and predictive audience that might perform better.
  • Create remarketing campaigns on both Linkedin and Google, to improve the results.
  • Created a must-have feel by using social media organic content tools for our posts, such as attractive content pillars, mentions, exclusive event details and much more.

Which were our results?

  • 117% achieve in awareness objectives.
  • 175% achieve in traffic objectives.
  • Over 5% conversion rate.
  • 1600% raise in the number of followers.
