As a Client Acquisition Specialist at Codezilla, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for developing strategies to reach potential customers, building relationships, and presenting our solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in client acquisition will directly contribute to our business expansion.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences;
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Codezilla’s services;
- Constantly grow your network of contacts, by adding new potential clients to your existing portfolio, based on constant market prospecting;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how Codezilla can address them;
- Generate revenue according to your annual target and KPIs;
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions;
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals;
- Track and report on client acquisition metrics, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a software development company;
- Powerful soft skills package (excellent people skills, communication, negotiation, time management and planning, hands-on and strategic thinking, decision maker, self-motivated, and success-oriented);
- Proficiency in MS Office and a keen eye for impactful presentations;
- A vast network of contacts already developed among the key stakeholders of companies in defined targeted markets is a plus.
