Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, targeting, placements, creatives and bidding strategies.
- Create organic social media posts and promote selected posts through paid campaigns, managing targeting, budgets and performance for each boosted post.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, internal linking and performance monitoring.
- Monitor paid media, SEO and social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with analytics and reporting tools to understand user behavior, campaign performance and conversion paths.
- Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Support landing page and content optimization based on performance data.
- Stay up to date with Paid Media, SEO, Social Media and Digital Marketing best practices.
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with mandatory hands-on experience in Paid Media.
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Basic to good understanding of SEO principles, including keywords, on-page optimization, internal linking and organic performance monitoring.
- Experience or good understanding of Social Media Management, including content planning, organic posting and boosted posts.
- Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of tracking, conversions and performance reporting.
- Ability to read data and turn it into clear, useful recommendations.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- Experience with paid media reporting and data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working with content calendars.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Interest in AI tools for marketing, reporting, SEO or campaign optimization.
