We are a software development and digital marketing agency with integrated teams, delivering complex digital products – from large-scale web platforms to custom-built solutions and internal products.

We work in agile environments, collaborate closely across teams, and focus on building products that are not just visually appealing, but actually work for real users. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Work in Figma (components, auto layout, scalable design structures etc).
• Contribute to improving user experience, not just the visual layer.
• Occasionally create supporting visual assets (banners, presentations, etc).

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• A portfolio that shows thinking, not just visuals (flows, decisions, problem-solving).
• Strong Figma skills (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of design systems.
• Good knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc).
• Basic understanding of UX principles (usability, user flows, structure).
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects (or any motion/interaction design).
• Exposure to SaaS or complex platforms.
• Interest in AI tools or design automation.
