What you’ll do
- Administer, update, publish, and maintain existing content on websites and digital platforms.
- Upload and format content provided by internal teams or other stakeholders.
- Manage and organize content within various CMS platforms.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks before and after publishing to ensure correct and consistent content display.
- Make simple formatting and content edits directly in the code using HTML and CSS.
- Upload and manage images, links, documents, videos, and other digital assets.
- Check web pages for formatting issues, broken links, missing elements, or visual bugs.
- Publish new content according to established processes, guidelines, and tight deadlines.
- Update existing pages (texts, metadata, images, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and development teams for cross-functional updates.
- Identify, report, and track technical or content issues until resolution.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in content management, website administration, or digital support.
- Solid experience using CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Strapi, WordPress, HubSpot).
- Good working knowledge of Office and data organization tools (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint Excel).
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to understand and modify simple elements within existing code.
- Excellent attention to detail and superior organization skills.
- Basic understanding of website structure and digital content formatting.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adhere to established guidelines.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Basic SEO knowledge (maintaining titles, meta descriptions, headings).
- Familiarity with ticketing/task management platforms (e.g., Jira).
